Please see below for our postal delivery options:

£3.30 Royal Mail First Class (For up to two products)

£5.95 Royal Mail First Class (For over two products)

£8.95 Royal Mail Next day delivery (For up to two products)

£11.95 Royal Mail Next day delivery (For over two products)

Please note as we are a small business we are currently only able to process and send out orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you have a very urgent order, please email sales@100acres.co.uk and we will try our best to process your order outside of these times.

Our delivery times are an estimate only, we will try our best to get the products to you within the stated timeframe but we are not liable for any financial loss which may incur due to a late delivery.

International delivery

We apologise for any inconvenience but we are not currently offering an international delivery service.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

We hope that you are pleased with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition* for a full refund within 7 working days of delivery.

To do so please call our Customer Services on 01242 821 135 within 7 working days of receiving the item. Alternatively, you may email us at sales@100acresapothecary.com. You will then be entitled to a refund from 100 Acres, which will be paid as soon as possible, and within 30 days.

Cost of returning any item lies with the customer, and please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If you are returning items due to them being damaged or incorrect we will refund you both the price you paid for your goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) and the recorded delivery costs for returning the item. Please enclose a valid till receipt indicating the return postage costs.

Gift returns

We are only able to process returns and refunds with the original purchaser of the goods as refunds will be processed to this purchaser’s credit/debit card. If you are unhappy with your gift, please inform the original purchaser so that they can return the gift to us for a replacement item of the same value or full refund.

This returns & refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.
